Gentle Yoga with Kathleen Holmay

Kathleen Holmay

Kathleen has been teaching yoga for 13 years and practicing for many more. In 2004 she completed the nationally-recognized Integrative Yoga Therapy teacher training and regularly takes continuing education courses. She believes yoga helps us cope with adversity and brings greater appreciation for and understanding of daily life. Classes offer guided meditations around a weekly theme aimed at relieving stress and elevating your mood. Postures are structured to improve flexibility and strength, improve your immune system and increase lung capacity.  Mats, ties, blocks, blankets, knee cushions and chairs are provided.
