Cedar Lane's annual Kiplinger Lectures honor the memory of church pioneer and benefactor Willard M. Kiplinger. Beginning in 1923, he originated several Kiplinger Letter financial publications, popular for making government and economic news "understandable." In 2001, his son Austin created a Kiplinger Foundation endowment to fund lectures on Ethics in American Society.

Educational equity is a moral imperative at this time when educational experiences are especially unequal. Please join us to hear Dr. John B. King, Jr., former U.S. Secretary of Education, who has devoted his professional life to advancing disadvantaged students.
