The Staff Alignment Task Force has been charged by the Board of Trustees with recommending how best to align staff to support Cedar Lane’s mission and address aspiration to increase salaries while significantly reducing associated personnel costs. We will share our charge, criteria, and process; answer questions, listen for perspectives we may have missed; and clarify next steps. The SATF will make recommendations; the Board will decide.
