The LGBTQ+ and Gender Justice Ministry Team challenges harmful, unfair and limiting stereotypes based on gender. Grounded in the worth and dignity of every person, we advance equity and inclusion for LGBTQ+ and gender diverse communities.
We advocate for justice and equity for LGBTQ+ people and for Reproductive Rights by
Educating ourselves and the congregation on relevant issues.
Collaborating with groups that support/promote the pursuit of justice and equity for these individuals and communities
Following the lead of LGBTQ+, gender minority, and women-led groups we partner with.
Integrating intersectional perspectives throughout all of our endeavors.
