Help make everyone feel welcome!
The Sunday Morning Hospitality Team consists of greeters and ushers who help provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere before, during, and after services.
Our Sunday Morning Greeters do the following:
At the main entrance, greet and make visitors feel welcome and comfortable, and direct visitors to the Greeter’s Table.
They hand out welcome gifts and information brochures to visitors.
They remain after the service long enough to ensure visitors’ inquiries have been addressed (or they know how to contact the church for additional information).
Our Sunday Morning Ushers do the following:
Direct visitors to available seats
Count attendance
Collect the offering, and after services, count, document and secure donations
Put out and retrieve hymnals.
Engagement Opportunities
These are fun and low-key (but important) jobs; they don’t require a lot of your time, and you’ll meet new people!
You can be an usher, a greeter, or both.
Each member of the Hospitality Team typically covers one Sunday service per month.
